Job Overview:

Future Flow Global is seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage sales activity using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead-generation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand and present complex product information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
