Job Overview:

Future Flow Global is looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to close business deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to adjust strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other business documents required to close deals.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Attend networking events, webinars, and other opportunities to promote Future Flow Global’s services.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
