Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Strategy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support our clients’ business goals. This role involves overseeing the content creation process, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences across various channels, including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to create engaging content that supports campaign objectives.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Perform keyword research to identify content opportunities and guide SEO best practices.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Write and edit content that is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging content marketing techniques to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Manage content distribution to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Create guidelines and frameworks for content creation, including style guides, tone of voice, and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Strategy Specialist, Content Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective content plans.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
