Telemarketer

Job Overview:

Future Flow Global is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketers to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. You will play a key role in achieving our sales goals and enhancing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
• Introduce and explain products or services to prospects in a friendly and professional manner.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections and close sales over the phone when required.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Adhere to scripts and guidelines provided while delivering a personalized touch to each call.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketer, Call Center Representative, or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence potential customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
